Leo Neyer: Owner and president of BPD, entered the metal building industry in 1958 and has held various positions with major metal building manufacturers over the years. Although he is an entrepreneur at heart, he has extensive experience in direct and dealer sales, dealer and project management, sales management, product development and marketing. With 50 years of industry experience, he is uniquely qualified to assess and understand the needs of his customers as well as his employees. He built this company based on his personal beliefs by creating an atmosphere where employees enjoy coming to work.  Through hard work and a long life dream Leo has excelled in the metal roofing industry. When not at the office, he spends his time with wife, Janet. They have made their home just outside of Edmond, Okla. Together the stay busy with family and taking trips in their rv. April Yarholar: General Manager, has worked her way up the corporate ladder with BPD. She started working as a receptionist back in 2005 while attending college. She proved her commitment to the company when she was announced General Manager in 2008. April has been successful in developing relationships with current customers and introducing potential customers to the high-quality products and services that are offered to the metal construction industry. Her passion and drive that allows customers to get the best sales and service experience possible. She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, where she earned a degree in psychology.  April and her husband Doug, along with their daughter Audra live in Edmond, Okla. Trey Herren: Operational Manager, has been with BPD since 2007. Trey is an industry veteran of 25 years. He first worked for Star Building Systems and was a member of the Oklahoma National Guard for seven years. Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, he graduated from the Moore-Norman Technology Center.  He is a member of Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) and serves on the committee of the Insurance & Fire Related Matter. Trey displays great organization and leadership skills. He assists BPD customers with technical questions concerning applications, design, and testing. His niche is working with AutoCad, drawing and designing new products. Trey and his wife Mary, make their home in Newcastle, Okla. On weekends you can find Trey either on the golf course or hunting. Richard Starks: Professional Engineer, has 15 years of experience in the metal building industry. Richard is originally from Savanna, Georgia. He moved to Oklahoma and worked himself through school earning a bachlor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He spent 10 years with Star Building Systems as a Sales Engineer and a Product Engineer.  He is a member of Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Oklahoma Structural Engineer’s Association (OSEA). Richard brings a lot of industry knowledge and creativity to our company that will translate into high quality, innovative products. When he isn’t lending his creative talents to BRS, Richard likes to hunt and fish.  He is married to his wife, Lanina and has two grown boys and a grandson. To contact Richard, rstarks@brsusa.com.

C.J. Price: Administrative Assistant, has been with the company from the beginning in 2005. She has overall 15 years of experience handling the company’s finances, billing, and payroll.  Prior C.J. was a manager for Insurance Temporary Services of Oklahoma City. She now manages all the accounts receivables and payables. Her loyalty and eye for detail has made her an outstanding employee and a great addition to the BPD team to provide superb services to all of our customers she comes into contact with. Away from the office C.J. and her husband, Bob like to travel and garden together. They make their home in Edmond, Okla. In C.J.’s spare time she enjoys crocheting and reading books. Debbie Hermanson: Sales and customer sales specialist, brings 14 years of sales experience to BPD’s team. Her exceptional communication skills and natural sales ability allows our customers to easily relate to her. Debbie worked in the telecommunications for years where she found herself comfortable managing dealers and companies needs in the fast paced evolving industry. Debbie changed gears into the metal roofing industry a couple of years ago. While expanding her knowledge in the metal roofing, Debbie finds it as important to build relationships with clientele. Customer service is something we make it a goal to excel in. In between helping BPD customers Debbie enjoys spending time with family and nine grandkids. Her and her husband, Kurt resides in Edmond, Oklahoma on two and half acres and when not attending peewee football, among other events, they enjoy spending time completing yard work.
